A message to our employees that signed up for the new benefits plan.
We have updates on a few items that we have received questions about. If you enrolled, your benefits are effective 9/1/17. Since it is possible you have not yet received your cards, you may log into the website(s) to gain access to ID cards, policy numbers, claim information, etc. https://www.benefitsconnect.net/covenanttransport You can also download the apps directly to your smartphone, which will allow you to access the same tools and information.
We are learning the “file feed” for dental and vision is a little slower process than the medical, so the site(s) may not be able to find you in their system, just yet. This does not mean you aren’t enrolled and/or don’t have coverage. Your policy numbers are in your benefit guides.
If you need to schedule an appt. all you need to do is give your service provider our group policy number. If they tell you they can’t find you, contact HR at 870-772-4581 (option 4), and we will send over your policy information directly to them.
