Important Message Regarding Open Enrollment

  • Open Enrollment Begins: August 2, 2018
  • Open Enrollment Ends: August 27, 2018
  • Effective Date of Coverage: September 1, 2018

This open enrollment is a passive enrollment. This means that you will ONLY need to make changes if you are enrolling for the first time, adding/dropping coverage, or if you are adding/removing dependents. You will need to re-elect your HSA contribution.

Please login to the website to make any changes during the open enrollment window noted above. Your HR team is here to help you. If you have trouble logging in or have questions about enrollment, contact us at 1-870-772-4581 (option 6) and we will make sure you get enrolled correctly. As you can imagine the call volume is very high during this time. If you reach the HR voicemail, we ask that you leave a clear message with your name, driver ID number and a good phone number with a brief message so we can reach back out to you within 24 hours.

This open enrollment is for your benefits effective September 1 through December 31. We will be moving to a calendar benefit plan in January of 2019, which means you will have another opportunity to make changes for the plans effective January 1, 2019. We will announce that open enrollment once those details are final.

Medical and dental ID cards will be mailed out to your home address mid-September, so please ensure your address on file is correct. If you need to print a temporary ID card please go to starting September 1st. The new medical group policy number is 336570.
